Gerard Sclafani is a U.S. Army veteran and the founder of Sun and Steel. His passion for fitness started long before he launched his business, it’s been a constant in his life, both during and after his military service. Through years of discipline, training, and leadership, Gerard developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build strength, resilience, and character.
Today, he brings that same mindset to every client he trains. Known for his professionalism, positive energy, and genuine care for others, Gerard helps people push past limits and achieve lasting results. His approach blends evidence-based fitness with the mental toughness learned through service, empowering clients to become stronger not just physically, but mentally as well.
