Refund Policy

At Sun and Steel, we are committed to providing high-quality personal training and fitness coaching services. Because our sessions and programs involve time, scheduling, and preparation from our trainers, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

1. No Refunds

Once a session, package, or program has been purchased, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including missed sessions, schedule changes, or early cancellation.

 

2. Session Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. You’re welcome to reschedule a session by reaching out to our team. If we don’t hear from you, the session and payment will be forfeited.

3. Cancellations by Sun and Steel

If Sun and Steel must cancel a session or program due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full credit toward future services.
